Villa Pins Ciutadella is a semi-detached property with an excellent location in the popular resort of Cala Blanca. The beautiful sandy shores of Cala Blanca Beach are less than 5 minutes' walk away, whilst 20 minutes' stroll in the opposite direction will bring you to the pretty cove of Cala Santandria. The resort centre is just 10 minutes' walk from your villa, with a choice of restaurants, bars and shops. You'll also be ideally placed to explore the bustling old capital, Ciutadella, as well as the neighbouring resort of Calan Bosch, both just a 10 minute bus or taxi ride away. The air conditioning in this villa operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
