this villa the house is located in calan Morell that is next to the sea to go to Citadel from June to September this Citadel buses ai 7 K if you go by car you need 12 minutes,
the surroundings are very quiet over there the horse trail passes you can rent horses to ride from a farm that is 3 K from the house you can also walk walking down the nature always passing the seashore
This villa contains a garage to put 2 cars or a boat, kitchen, dining room, barbecue, covered living room, 4 bedrooms, covered terraces, private garden, private pool, the garden has 120 m, the built house has 380 m, totally all private, capacity for 12 people, maximum total of 12 persons
