Villa Jessica is a bright and airy 3 bedroom villa in the popular resort of Calan Bosch. The bustling marina, with a wide choice of restaurants and bars, is just a short 15 minute walk away, and the beautiful sandy beach can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot or a 5 minute drive. Back at the villa you can relax by your own private pool or cook up a meal on the BBQ. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Jessica is a detached property in the Cap d’Artrutx area of Calan Bosch, offering a peaceful location while still within easy reach of the resort’s facilities. The attractive marina, lined with a variety of bars and restaurants, is around a 15 minute walk from the villa, while the sandy Calan Bosch beach can be reached in approximately 20 minutes on foot or a 5 minute drive. The historic town of Ciutadella is about a 20 minute drive away.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

The air conditioning in this villa operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
