Great location with everything you need

We had a great time at villa Santo Tome. The place was very clean and great value for money. Some furniture could be replaced, especially the outdoor rattan sofa, although this did not affect us massively. We would recommend and we would stay again!

Good : position - garden - kitchen equipment- quiet environment- rooms and bathrooms and pool ok Bad: the living room stinks a bit - table chairs and sofa in front of the pool need renovation but are not broken. Use beach towels to cover the sofa cushions because they are dirty.

Good Villa in a Great Location

A very large and spacious villa in a great location. The villa could do with some TLC and upgrading to make it "Look like the images". The step(s) into the pool are very deep (only 2 steps each approx 40 cm) and it is very difficult for anyone with the slightest mobility issue to get in and out of the pool, and the elderly and young children would struggle using the steps. The pool had a leak during our stay and we were unable to use the pool for the last 4 days of our holiday. The outside furniture/loungers were very grubby/dirty and in need of a good clean or some replacement cushions. That said the location was perfect and the villa offered fair value for money in comparison to the other nearby villa's which seem to be much more expensive for the same type of property

Happy family holiday

Beautiful villa in good location, just needs some TLC. Exterior of villa and pool area perfect but, beds and mattresses need attention as do some of kitchen appliances. Overall though, we did have a wonderful family holiday.

Needs updating.

The villa is a nice size and could be lovely but so much updating required. Good points - 1. Location 2. Garden size Issues - 1. Patio didn't lock, reported but not fixed during our stay 2. Loads of cobwebs everywhere, not cleaned properly. One evening there were 7 spiders in my room. Obviously not completely out with control but getting rid of some cobwebs may help. 3. Furniture very, very basic. 4. Light fittings hanging from ceilings. 5. Whole property had really strong smell of damp 6. Towels really small and grey rather than white. Overall we did have a nice stay, the villa is livable but I was very much looking forward to getting home for home comforts. I would very much describe it as basic and absolutely not luxurious.

Needs attention

Where do i start number 1 property was not clean bed linen and towels need a good boiled wash . Most of living / dinning furniture needs replacing very tired and basically ready for the tip outside table and chair ready for tip , rattan seating need taking to tip would not even sit on it was disgusting. Now the pool round water line was black mould ,the slabs around pool was disgusting . The pool cleaner come one day and put 2 tablets in pot walked up one side and down other with net was there 3 minutes at most didnt clean bottom of pool at all and it was disgusting.. the tv remote to work tv was not one now they said at fist would be there friday afternoon saturday morning and it had english channels it came Wednesday lunch time day before we was going home and had no english channels at all. So basically we paid for a service we didnt get and st the moment considering weather to take it further very disappointed and should be taken off your app

Viajamos 2 familias y nuestra experiencia ha sido fabulosa.Casa muy bonita y cómoda ,no le falta de nada,lavavajillas, lavadora…decorada con gusto. La zona del jardín ideal, con tumbonas y un porche donde los desayunos son perfectos. Muy recomendable.Muy buena ubicación, a pocos minutos andando de cala n Bosch y a pocos minutos en coche de ciudadela.Manuel, el propietario, muy dispuesto a resolver nuestras dudas con un trato muy cercano.En resumen, para repetir. Arrivée 23h pas de lumière dans la maison, après tatonnement c est le chauffe-eau qui est en court-circuit , message au gestionnaire, le chauffe eau a été changé dès le lendemain mais de vieux coussins déchirés étaient dans le local et posés sur le canapé ! la table extérieure très bancale et les coussins du salon extérieur déchirés. les joints des salles de bain noirs, 5 cuillères pour 6 personnes..... belle maison, belle piscine, très bon emplacement, intérieur très bien meublé, avec un minimum d attention la location mériterait 5 étoiles;

Séjour entre amis, villa confortable, agréable et bien placée.

Visite des sites remarquables de Minorque. Quelques remarques cependant: couverts un peu juste en quantité pour 6, coussins du salon extérieur en fin de vie, porte d'entrée s'ouvrant uniquement avec la clé, il serait judicieux d'installer une poignée......permettant d'ouvrir avec la clé à l'intérieur.

La casa como tal está muy bien, pero muchas cosas a mejorar, Cama de matrimonio de arriba, el sumier estaba soldado y cuando te acostabas te ibas al centro de la cama rodando, el agua caliente sale como con oxido seguramente de no darle mucho uso al calentador, y si se duchan 3 max 4 personas seguidas se acaba el agua caliente, los cojinenes del sofa exterior, todos rajados y las marquesinas ninguna cierra bien, son pequeñas cosas que al final para lo que pagas deberian estar en condiciones, sobre todo lo del sumier ya que mi mujer y yo tuvimos que dormir juntando las dos camas pequeñas para dormir medianamente bien. El resto de la casa muy muy bien, la barbacoa, la piscina,los baños, la cocina y el resto de habitaciones todo super bien, quitando esas pequeñas cosas que seguro las arreglaran ya que el trato a sido muy cordial y atenta, todo a ido bastante bien, la verdad!!!
