Yaiza is a first line villa with private pool in a quiet area, next to the Cap d Artrutx lighthouse. The terrace and the garden allow you to take pleasure in the sunny days to enjoy meals with amazing views of the Mediterranean sea and the coast from Ciutadella to Mallorca.
The villa has 3 bedrooms (one in suite), each with air conditioning. The pool has recently renewed. The kitchen is fully equiped with modern appliances, including dishwasher. The barbecue in the terrace allow you to enjoy the pool at once.

Great holiday home ideally located on quiet road with superb sea views. Everything in the villa was as described and in good order. The rooms are of an ideal size and tastefully furnished and decorated. Vanity areas in both bathrooms were excellent and well lit. Individual modern ac units in each room with individual remotes. Good amount of storage space for clothes.Majority of outside space located to the front of villa with a lovely pool which was maintained twice a week. Grass and plants surrounding villa were well tended. Patio furniture for both relaxing and dining was comfortable and in very good condition.

Une très belle découverte d’une île avec des paysages et des couleurs exceptionnelles. La chance d’avoir eu un temps plus que correct pour la saison qui nous a permis de prendre plusieurs bains un peu frais . Je conseils de louer une petite voiture car même si l’île n’ est pas très grande il n’y a qu’une route et l’obligation même pour des fois de quelques kilomètres de faire un détour de nombreux kilomètres
