Welcome to this beautiful house located in Cala Blanca, where 4+1 guests will find their second home.
The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There you will find a well-kept garden, a barbecue and several areas where you can enjoy eating and having a drink with your companions. In addition, on the upper terrace there are several sun loungers that will be perfect for you to relax while sunbathing. The house is independent but there are neighbours nearby.

The interior of the house, on one floor, has a simple style designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room has a TV, which makes it perfect to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms to rest in. One of them has two single beds, another one has a double bed and the third one has a single bed. There is a bathroom with a shower. There are four fans and a radiator at your disposal. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The accommodation is very close to Ciutadella, one of the most important cities of Menorca. Its location near the sea, as well as its picturesque old town, are ideal for wandering through its streets and soaking up the Menorcan spirit. Moreover, it has all the comforts for you to enjoy an independent stay, as well as offering a wide variety of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the typical dishes of Menorcan gastronomy. If you fancy a swim in the sea, less than 1 km away you will find Cala Blanca, with crystal clear waters perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean.

Overall, a great stay! Definitely lacking some amenities- including: -more towels -bath mats -soaps -blankets -toilet paper Had to take multiple trips to the supermarket to get all of these items. Other than that, the place matched the description and host was wonderful, even came to fix our drain the first night when there was some flooding upon first use of the shower.

Das Haus liegt in einem Einzelhausviertel. Das Grundstück ist gross und gepflegt. ÖPNV ist gut ausgebaut. Ein grosser Supermarkt ist in 10 min mit Auto erreichbar, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fussläufig erreichbar.Viele Nachbarhäuser waren nicht bewohnt, so dass man davon ausgehen kann, dass diese auch vermietet werden. Am letzten Abend kam dann eine Jugendgruppe in die Nachbarschaft, die nahezu die Nacht durchgemacht hatte. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken.Aus den in der Nähe befindlichen Hotels dringt die Animation ziemlich laut an einigen Abenden herüber.Ansonsten liegt das Haus schön und wir haben es genossen.Positiv ist auch ein in der Nähe befindlicher Beachclub, wo man abends noch einen Drink nehmen kann.Der Ofen konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil dann der Strom für das Haus ausfiel. Die Hauptsicherung springt raus. Man muss sich mit Kochen und Braten behelfen. Geht aber auch. Homerti wurde angeschrieben und meldete sich nach sehr kurzer Zeit mit dem Hinweis, dem Eigentümer hierüber Kenntnis zu geben.Die Garageneinfahrt ist nur für Autos, wie Fiat 500 oder ähnlich geeignet. Garagenschlüssel fehlt. Es sind allerdings genügend Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.Die Liegen und Stühle haben keine Auflagen. Das wäre verbesserungswürdig.Schön wäre eine Info-Mappe mit kleinen Details und Tipps für ein schönes Restaurant oder Ähnliches.Im Grossen und Ganzen ist es dort schön, die kleinen Widrigkeiten muss man in Kauf nehmen wollen.

Casa curatissima, molto comoda e dotata di tutti i comfort. Giardino e interni bellissimi, con letti comodi. I did not like: Era tutto perfetto anche se vorrei suggerire la disponibilità di una bicicletta perché la zona di cala Blanca si presta a qualche giro anche solo per comprare il pane fresco.

Maison super agréable

Maison très bien équipée, manque juste le lave vaisselle mais à part ça, rien à dire. Maison grande, jardin parfaitement entretenu, terrasse à l’ombre, à 2 pas de la plage, des commerces, des restaurants… Ciutadella à 10 minutes, idéal pour aller voir toutes les plages de la côte sud.
