Se trata de una vivienda bien situada en una urbanización tranquila, salvo algún episodio de fiestas en las casas que se encuentran enfrente, se trata de una zona bastante familiar. Las zonas comunes piscina y jardín están muy bien conservadas. La vivienda está en correcto estado con algún elemento para actualizar (baño y cocina) pero cumple con su cometido. . Destaco que hay dos neveras , una de ellas en un anexo, esto es un plus. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. El jardín privado bien mantenido.
