It's all about location at Villa Itsasalde! The beach, shops, bars and restaurants of Calan Blanes all are around 10 minutes' walk away from this splendid villa. If you want the resort amenities on your doorstep and prefer not to hire a car, this is the perfect choice. This 3 bedroom villa has a private pool and terrace where you can relax and enjoy the Spanish sun. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Reservations are not allowed for groups under 25 years old.

City tax is not included in the rate. An extra €2.20 per person per night not applicable to children under 16 years old will be applied. This tax must be paid by the guests upon arrival.

Una casa muy bonita, grande y muy bien equipada. La nevera no va acorde con la casa. Para esta casa y para lobien equipada que está No puede tener esta nevera tan pequeña y en verano es muy necesario una buena nevera que enfríe bien con un buen congelador. No es comprensible

Belle maison avec piscine

A 10 mn en voiture du centre de ciutadella a 5 mn a pie d'une crique, belle maison agreable, tout confort, avec piscine. 2 SDB, 3 toilettes Parking possible dans le maison mais places disponibles à 50 metres.
