  • Villa S'Estudio is a villa of new construction, completed approximately in 2009 and located in the urbanization of Ciutadella Son Blanc. It has a plot of 500 m2 and 260 m2, with garden and independent pool. The villa originally intended for sale was basically used as a painting studio. As well as the environment nice and quiet most of your neighbors live there all year, vehicle traffic in the area is very small, no noise or disturbance. The situation of the house allows good sea views from its terrace.
