"A beautiful hotel in the heart of old town, walking distance from the harbour, main square and laberinth of streets for shops, bars and restaurants. Although well occupied, we never felt crowded, with a sizeable team on hand for anything we needed, guided by a very attentive general manager. The main entrance is on a very narrow road to the front so it would have been be wise to call reception just before arrival - they would probably have greeted us to assist with the luggage before driving...

"We spent a total of three nights here. The room was clean but unfortunately the adjacent shower was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with black molt in multiple places. The shower was cleaned the next day but unfortunately a large portion of the black molt remained as it was already deep in and under the silicone. The hotel said that they were planning to remove it as soon as possible but frankly this is not acceptable. I hope they will do so before the next guests will arrive. Besides this...
