IMPORTANT: Prior to arrival, all guests must be registered in accordance with current regulations. Additionally, the applicable tourist tax must be paid, amounting to €2.20 per person per night, which is not included in the total reservation price.

Cozy complex consisting of four apartments, each with its own private terrace, located just a 10-minute walk from Cala Santandria. Each apartment has two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

There is a fully renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living–dining room.

In the common areas, guests can enjoy a beautiful newly built swimming pool.

The apartment includes free internet access and antenna television.

Potential for more

The house and the pool are as described. Unfortunately the apartment is in a not well maintained shape. The furniture is lowest level and already worn out (damaged sofa, loosen surface of the eating table, damaged living room table, sliders which do not close, damaged doors and door frames). The kitchen is equipped only with a absolut minimum. No water cocker, no cutting plate, no wine glas. The mentioned grill was not present. The contact person did not answer to the suggested communication path via email. In total, the apartment do have more potential but need to be renewed and furnished with more love to the detail.
