Good outside location to Ciutadella due to bus ser

Lovely pools. Cold in 2nd half of September though. Wear insect repellent as midges aren't obvious and bite! Minimart both expensive and understocked. Nearest excellent supermarket is Diskont, 15 mins walk away but well worth it to stock up and make your own breakfasts as breakfasts in resort are expensive at 12€ pp. There is also a nice café outside this supermarket. Table tennis disappointing as borrowers of bats and balls didn't return to Reception after use so we couldn't play! Food not served from pool bar in evening after 3pm, which caught us out but there are a couple of beach bars on adjacent beach. The buffet restaurant we used once but set price doesn’t include any drinks. It was okay but appreciated the good bus service which is more frequent on weekdays than weekends, so plan around that if you don't have a car, which we didn't. No kettle so glad I brought my drinks heater.

No sé ni por dónde empezar… El hotel tiene instalaciones y localización como para ser un hotelazo pero está totalmente dejado de la mano De Dios, literalmente es algo así como la casa de los Adams. El mobiliario es antiquísimo, mi cama tenía alguna banda del somier suelta, el primer día no me di cuenta aunque el colchón se hundía en algunas partes pero el día siguiente las vi en el suelo. La bañera tiene marcas amarillas, no de suciedad, sino de lo vieja que es… Las limpiadoras limpian todos los días, y en general no tengo queja por esa parte aunque cuando llegamos había telerañas en la habitación y no en el techo sino a la altura de los ojos en la esquina de la habitación. Igualmente, las toallas y sábanas no son de un hotel 4 estrellas, están pasadísimas y en la cama una triste sábana finísima con la que evidentemente tuvimos frío. En el armario había unas mantas que tenían una pinta horrosa… Las piscinas son enormes pero lo mismo, un mantenimiento nulo, las hamacas tienen como una especie de tela y están totalmente ennegrecidas, no dan ganas ni de sentarse ahí… Finalmente, el servicio es muy pobre, hay muchísimas habitaciones y una sola plancha de la ropa que solo te dejan si das un depósito en metálico y al solo tener una la tenía otro huésped y fue imposible utilizarla durante los 3 días que estuvimos ahí. En fin, el sitio necesita un lavado de cara en todos los sentidos pero si no vas a pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel no es la peor opción, aunque no lo recomendaría

Al llegar tuvimos que esperar horas para la habitación, hasta más de las 16h no nos la entregaron, viajaba con tres niños pequeños, la habitación nos la entregaron con el suelo todo mojado, el aire acondicionado NO FUNCIONABA en pleno agosto, el secador se paraba, el lavabo tenía atasco, un auténtico KAOS, lo único bueno el personal de recepción, dos mujeres mayores que fueron muy amables, por lo demás NO!!! Rapport qualité prix défavorable !

Hôtel affiché 4 étoile mais prestation très pauvre. L’hôtel mérite une grande rénovation car très vétuste. Le restaurant, certes il y a de quoi manger, mais peu de choix et qualité médiocre. Les chambres sont vieillottes et la décoration… bah y en a pas, aucun style. La piscine est bien, le gazon sec et mort, pas d’arbre donc pas d’ombre et peu de parasols. Espace jeux enfant mal entretenu. L’hôtel joue sur sa situation avec une assez belle plage et proximité de Ciutadella et des célèbres plages.

Bon séjour pour visiter Minorque

Bon séjour dans cette grande résidence d'appart-hotel. L'appartement était propre et spacieux pour 2. Ça mériterait un petit rafraîchissement niveau deco. La résidence est calme, la piscine sympa : en septembre, aucun problème de transat. Une bonne adresse pour visiter cette belle île.

Il Blanc Palace è un hotel un po' vecchiotto. Gli esterni sono molto belli e anche la posizione è buona ma i letti sono troppo scomodi. Abbiamo avuto la sciatica per tutta la settimana. Il personale non ci ha dato nessun consiglio o indicazione, non ci hanno nemmeno detto che c'era l'accesso al mare, il market dentro il villaggio o le tre piscine, abbiamo scoperto tutto da soli passeggiando. Le pulizie sono pessime, lasciano capelli e sporco ovunque.

Lo único que me gusto del hotel fue la amabilidad de algunos de sus empleados. La comida estuvo regular. Las instalaciones viejas y descuidadas. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba, el show social de la noche nada de entretenido tenia. Una de las piscinas no estaba limpia. En conclusión, no me gusto mi estadía en el hotel. Las 4 estrellas que en teoría tenía el complejo es falso.
