Cozy apartment located in the Bouganvillas complex, just 2 minutes from Cales Piques. The complex features a large swimming pool (with a designated children’s area) and a beautiful garden with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.
The apartment has two double bedrooms and one shared bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living–dining room provides direct access to the terrace.
