"Thai is a new hotel in excellent condition. There is air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Bear Lake (Medve-to). The indoor spa is tastefully decorated and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"They are very rude and mad all the time. They have no understanding of what customer service is, we stayed one night and left. I come to Sovata 3-5 times a year and they won’t be seeing us again. Crystal Hotel is the best."
