Buen lugar, mal servicio.
El lugar es como y conveniente pero el servicio es muy malo, es la segunda vez que abren la puerta sin tocar, te llaman media hora antes de la salida para decirte que te salgas y luego van y tocan tu puerta y te vuelven a llamar es estresante y para colmo después de que vas y entregas la tarjeta te hacen esperar para ver si no te robaste algo que falta de respeto y que lastima lo bueno es qué hay más opciones en Cd. Victoria donde no hacen eso y los trabajadores que atienden parece como si no les pagaran bien, ni una sonrisa ni nada que feo.

I liked that Hotel because that was convenience and close to my mother house but I didn’t like that TV was not working and they charged me for my 15 years old daughter even though when I did the reservation stated sleeps 4 people.

Everything good, aside from the double charge.
I was charged double, but the hotel Brio then gave back the charge. The stay was good!

Central location
Breakfast could of been better - the free ice came in small bags. Carpet was clean but well worn. Bathroom was small where the toilet was. Entrance was nice along with the waiting area. Parking area was open & nice - easy to park my truck & move around. Only one coffee machine & not one in each room. The towels were well worn - no hole's but ragged at the edges. I expected better. It was quite & no problems.

Under Construction!
The hotel staff were eager to assist. However, the hotel was undergoing some major renovations and did not even appear to be open. The room was old and outdated, the beds were worn out and uncomfortable. Perhaps that is the point of the renovation. The room was clean and the parking lot seemed to be secure having a fence and gates that were supposed to be closed at night (although I am not certain they were).

Buenos días, la manera en la cual trabajamos con Expedía es con tarjetas virtuales; las cuales nos depositan la cantidad total descontando la comisión de la agencia Expedía, por lo cual no podemos generar la factura por el monto total que el huésped pago a la agencia.El huésped debe solicitar la factura con la agencia por el total que le pago a Expedía.Saludos.

La regadera se salía el agua por todos lados de parte del tubo mojando toallas, papel y haciendo Río por todo el baño, el escusado tirando agua todo el tiempo lo reporte y que no había nadie de mantenimiento. No se ofrecieron a cambiarme de habitación. Les pedí que si podían ir a secar el baño y que tampoco ya había nadie a las 4 pm para ir a secarlo. La habitación llena de moscos tengo fotos que los mate y quedaban en la pared. Súper triste la vd la estancia.

Un hotel remodelado, limpio. Los alrededores no son limpios pero está bien ubicado. Ofrecen desayuno bufete y solo ofrece huevo todos los dias.

Para pasar la noche estuvo muy bien, muy limpio, camas cómodas. El desayuno muy bien. Lo malo fue que al hacer el check out me cobraron una toalla que según ellos estaba doblada en el lavabo. La verdad nunca hago inventario al llegar a ningún hotel, y como no tuve como demostrar que la toalla no estaba, la tuve que pagar. Nunca me había pasado esto en ningún hotel, fueron solo $50.00 pesos, pero te deja un mal sabor de boca.
