"The staff at this hotel were fantastic. Each and every staff member I came across had a morning, afternoon or nighttime greeting, with a smile. Safe and secure. Playa just down the road. Centro Historical not a very far drive in the other direction. And .. if you need a Walmart, it’s a five minute walk away. I will definitely recommend and return. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Had the unfortunate experience that only our room did not have internet service in the TV, not the biggest of issue but 3 trips over two days for them to finally lets us know. Also please note you must let staff know via the “do not disturb” sign, whether you want your bed done or clean towels, this was not communicated. Bar service for the beach doesn’t start until after 1pm. The staff is great without a doubt, the pools areas are beautiful, having beach access and palapas was great, food is good, but these little details left us disappointed."
