Really liked the hotel my room was really nice and the hotel has several activities you can do inside a game room a gym and an inside pool w/ jucuzzi. Everthing is at walking distance.

We had a great experience at Hotel María Bonita! I absolutely loved the staff—they were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The pool was wonderful, and everything about the hotel was great. We really enjoyed our time here and felt very well taken care of. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend Hotel María Bonita to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable place to stay!

This stay is a must if you're traveling to the city it's in. It's in the best location and one can go to where they need to go walking or by car. It's in a safe area and you can be safe walking even during the late hours of the evening. It has a very heartwarming staff. This place is perfect and would stay in it over and over again.

I have no complain. Breakfast all you can eat mexican food and I love that they have decaffeinated coffee. It is located close to a shopping mall. It does have a mexican buffet restaurant inside. The inside building is beautiful. All mexican style, even the furniture. The environment is nice and joyful.

My Room 328. It’s brand new and obviously clean, we loved it, the breakfast buffet is poor but tasty, and they offer an option to pay Extra so you can get into the big Restaurant buffet, the water in the pool seems very dirty

Every one is really friendly and helpful. Every day the workers will check if you need stuff like fresh towels or toilet treats. They will also call you to invite you on the activity they have. There is a Landry room to was clothes. The pool is really nice and refreshing. And lastly the buffet is good 10/10. I will recommend this for anyone visiting with family or for immigration purposes because it’s a 10 min walk from the consulate.

I was upgraded to a beautiful room, but there was not a refrigerator in it.. I addressed the issue with the person at the front desk, and after I explained my request, and being a frequent guest, I know there are other rooms with a refrigerator, they went out of their way to accommodate my request and find one for me. I was very grateful for it. I think it is worth mentioning the high level of customer satisfaction policy on all staff of the Maria Bonita hotel throughout all the amenities.

We arrived at around 3:00 pm Friday May 30th, at the registration desk there was 4 people working, one on the phone, the other one was reading some documents and the other 2 young ladies were visiting talking away about how are they doing and so on!!! Ignoring us completely!! I mean completely, there for we got away from the desk to waited till they finished their conversation!!! A simple hello we will be you in a minute - some type of acknowledgement! The first impression is key for customers/clients to any business!!!! Other than that our stay was good. Thank you!
