The customer service was amazing, very clean everywhere. The one thing i was not satisfied was the quality of the bed mattress. Very hard bed, would wake up with back ache. Everything else, amazing.

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks and it was excellent. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The best part was the room where clean once we arrived and where cleaned on a daily bases. The location was close to the US consulate and good distance to the local mall. Over all I really recommend this hotel

Beds a little hard, some days rooms didn't seem fully cleaned beds were just made. Rooms were cleaned late and had to wait for clean towels a few days, wish they put a few benchs in front of the hotel for people to sit or more seating areas in the lobby. The whole staff was really great and super nice.

The decor was nice, beds comfy, loved the breakfast buffet and the customer service and the water dispenser in the lobby. But the room only had an iron if requested at the front desk and the iron was soiled, no microwave or fridge, no tea or coffee maker, only two towels of each and the walls had hand marks in the room and in the hallway and elevator other surfaces were clean and updated.

All around very, very good. The restaurant was more expensive than I paid in places nearby, and I couldn't get the same price on my room for an unexpected extended stay. The housekeeper did a great job taking care of the room, better than most staff at other hotels I've stayed at recently. The shower wasn't as hot as I'd like it to be, but it was fine. The rest of the staff was wonderful, attentive, and respectful, everything was clean and in nice condition. The location was perfect. Safe, quiet, clean and conveniently located. 8.9 out of ten
