El servicio por parte del personal es adecuado; las instalaciones son correctas para el precio; pero deben cuidar el comentar a los huéspedes que las habitaciones del frente son muy ruidosas y que no cuentan con una cobertura suficiente de agua caliente para quienes al ducharse requieran de esta.

Excelente elección para viajes largos en familia

El hotel muy limpio, bien ubicado y de fácil acceso, la cafetería con excelente servicio y las habitaciones muy amplias. Muy recomendable para pernoctar si vas a hacer un viaje de dos días (para llegar a Yucatán o Quintana Roo por ejemplo)

Pesima habitación

solo llegue a dormir, pero toda la habitación con olor a drenaje, el baño despide todo el olor y el acrilico de la puerta del baño roto de tal manera que todos los olores del baño se sentían en la habitación. el control de la TV nunca funcionó tuve que operarla manual

Regular la atención.

Yo viajo por todo el país por temas de trabajo, De principio la chica de el hotel (recepción) se sorprendió de el precio que maneja la aplicación y con actitud negativa, me dijo que si quería factura, se la pudiera a la aplicación. Obviamente por mi experiencia de viaje le resolví su opinion...charlaba con otras dos personas, pero No fue cálida su recibimiento, Los controles dañados o sin pilas, sucios, a pesar de rentar una habitación de 3 personas y 3 camas... Solo nos dio un rollo de papel... (normalmente dan 2)....las camas tenían hormigas y un poco de tierra o polvo. Pero básicamente un poco desagradable... Espero que las opiniones les sirva, para mejorar y puedan ofrecer una atención y percepción de atracción para futuros huéspedes.
