This breezy, exclusive retreat offers stunning views and total privacy while being just a short drive from amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches. Enjoy relaxing in a peaceful setting, with fast Starlink internet and access to a private waterfall on the expansive property. Perfect for those seeking a secluded getaway with all the comforts of modern living.

Selva Luz sits on a stunning 4.5-acre property, perched on a hill with breathtaking ocean views. The breezy environment is enhanced by 6 fans, ensuring constant airflow, and all windows have mosquito screen doors. The house features two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and ample storage for clothes and luggage. One of the bedrooms features A/C.

The fully equipped kitchen allows for elaborate meals and includes a water kettle, toaster, and blender. The water is drinkable and pure. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house for maximum privacy.

Inside, the living room offers a comfortable dining table with six chairs, perfect for meals or gatherings. The terrace is also furnished with cozy seating, ideal for enjoying the beautiful views.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Don't flush toilet paper into the toilet please, but into the garbage bin.
Trash and Recycling: Landfill: dispose bag at the dumpster at the bottom of the hill on the right side (coming down). Separate and dispose of trash and recycling: metal, glass, plastic.
Compost: you can collect compost in the little purple bin and throw it down the jungle by the car parking. Make sure to not throw compost closer to the house, as it will attract rodents and snakes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
