"No one was at front desk for atleast half hour when i checked in. Room was absolutely filthy. 1 pillow with no case. 1 flat sheet , no fitted . Bed was not made , 1 big towel that was the size of bath mat , 1facetowel. When i went to ask for more linen to make the bed the staff told me she didn’t have any so i had to make it work. Disgusting place . Do not recommend at all. Smelled of cigarettes and urine inside room, trash under kitchen sink was full still from previous guest. "

"The room was very nasty, the tub was dirty, very dusty, looked like it hasn’t been clean in idk how long. I waited for check in for like 20 mins after arriving with another guest. Looked like the clerk had been in the back sleep because she never heard the phone ringing or answered. I will never ever stay here again! Walking in it stunk really bad and was dirty, if it wasn’t already super late I definitely wouldn’t have stayed and tried to go somewhere else, the only thing that was clean was the bed, tv didn’t work. "I stayed here for its proximity to the Trinity trails along the river, and both the hotel and the trails did not disappoint. A plus was the REI across the street where if you forgot anything or needed anything for your bicycle it was right there. Only minus was the hotel pool was down for maintenance, would have been nice on the hot day. I was there."
