"This is a nice place to stay. Clean, the rooms are nice, the staff is helpful. I have stayed at this location multiple times and had only a few issues that have been taken care of by the staff."

"My overall experience was nice. However, thete were ants on my bathroom and staffing said there was nothing they could do aince maintenance was no longer on duty. I was offered another room, however, i was told by other members on the floor that they too had ants. So i figured what was the point. I wasnt offered a discount , so i had to live in a room with an ant farm"

"We did not use the pool or business services so I can't talk about those. At our entrance the outside trash can was full and bags on the ground. Inside the door were more bags of trash. Like every mid range hotel, the elevator and hallways stunk of marijuana. The website said there was breakfast for purchase and there was a big sign in the elvator talking about being able to get pastries and sandwiches at 'the commons" a restaurant area by the entrance. Well, they offer nothing but coffee so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. The heater was wacky and wax either freezing or too hot. It was jard to regulate. Beds were comfy and room was clean, but we probably won't stay here again. "

"I was over charged room stunk. Fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. No sound proofing at all. You could here everything. Didn't sleep at all"

"The hot tub is broken but the staff say the heated pool makes up for it. The delux room didn’t feel delux as its basic and same as a standard room is. The room was slightly dusty and bathroom counter still looked like someone shaved there at one time. Had to argue with staff about breakfast times as their pamphlets in the room says till 10 o clock but the staff thought it ended at 9. THE STAFF DIDNT KNOW THEIR PAMPHLETS IN EVERY ROOM SAID 10. "
