"I was traveling with my son on a college visit, the room was clean, the customer service was terrible, my card was charged twice for the room and when I notified the young lady at the front desk she was very rude, she had a attitude with me and it was my card that was charged twice, no management at the property to get it resolved, I had to insist she call management, terrible experience the rest of my stay the lady at from desk she kept rolling her eyes and staring me down, I definitely will never go back to this hotel, terrible experience, very disappointed, poor customer service!
