"Great hotel located conveniently near CNCC. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the breakfast has a great variety. They keep the hotel clean and functional. This will be my first choice next time I'm visiting Rangely."

"I enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and very simple (no wall art or knick-knacks around; carpet, cabinets and light fixtures from 1970s). There was a TV with Netflix available, a view out the window of the TANK- the whole reason for my trip- and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. The queen bed mattress was firm and comfortable, and didn't have the perfumed sheets that I often encounter in other places. I was afraid at first because the listing mentioned smoking was allowed in certain areas- but the place had no smell of smoke. Towan my host was responsive to questions and communicated promptly. "

"#1 - If you're looking for a "luxury" place, that would be in Vernal, UT., not Dinosaur My assumption: this place was a hotel and it's being flipped into a VRBO by adding kitchens to the rooms. The work isn't done yet. There were cables/wires coming out of the walls, lights that weren't working, dirty floors, and the dishes in the kitchen all had a thick cover of dust. The room was supposed to have a/c, but it didn't, and that area gets very hot for much of the year. I called the mgr to ask about the a/c and they thought it had been installed. While I was in Dinosaur NP on day 2, someone came out and installed a window a/c in the kitchen, which was appreciated, but they left the kitchen counters and stove covered w/ dust and debris from their work. I knew where I was and I wasn't expecting luxury, but this place wasn't ready. That said, the mgr was receptive and helpful, and this place was far better than camping in the hot, dusty, and windy area that describes this entire part of the country."

"Great get away, close to the dinosaur monument, not too far from Vernal. Nice gathering place to eat and play games. I realize I didn’t take places of the house but of the surroundings. It was a quiet restful place, clean and we had quick response from the owners when we had questions. The whole family said they’d like to book it again. "
