"Owners called to personall check in on us before the stay. They upgraded us for free to their largest cottage. Everything was as advertised. My daughter and I had a nice relaxing evening. P. S. "When we arrived, the unit we had reserved had not been cleaned. We called the offsite (no onsite personnel) number. The person tried putting us in the unit next door. It also hadn't been cleaned.
