"From start to finish, our experience was excellent. The host was incredibly communicative and a true pleasure to interact with. We were so impressed by how immaculate the home was inside – it smelled wonderfully clean upon arrival. The thoughtful welcome of snacks and cold water was a lovely touch. The listing accurately reflects the property, and while the exterior is being updated, the interior is perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host for anyone visiting Pembroke, especially with its convenient proximity to UNC Pembroke."
Charming Cottage with easy access to local attractions-pet and kid friendly

"Our daughter was married just 15 minutes from the property and it was wonderful to have family stay together during the weekend! Each room is eloquent and private enough for the opportunity to get away! The kitchen and dining room were perfect for meals together! My only recommendation is more comfortable furniture in the living room to be able to gather in a more comfortable space. The outdoor grounds are fabulous! Selfishly I wish the front porch had a swing as it is the perfect spot to just watch the world go by—oh and a few trains but they were never a bother but rather brought all the more charm!"
"The house itself and near by houses on the same street are older but decently kept up, but please do your own research on this area prior to selecting this property. I was in a bit of a hurry on securing a place and this property allowed pets “with an added charge” not listed on the Expedia listing. Not being familiar with any areas surrounding Florence I wish I would have taken the time to properly research. "
