If you extect the luxury and extras of the 4 and 5 star hotels, you won't find them here (and you are NOT being charged for these!:), but you will have all of the basics that will make your stay comfortable. Room was clean and cozy, staff was super friendly and helpful, wifi worked great, and mind, I was using VPN for work. Having the option to eat breakfast right at the hotel was also very convenient. The staff went out of their way to make sure i had what i needed. The location was the best- right downtown, but tucked in one of the quiet small streets- so you are near everything (restaurants, shopping, theaters, concert hall, etc), yet you can enjoy peace and quiet when it is time to sleep.The hotel is near the NDK/National Palace of Culture metro stop, so fast, cheap and easy to get to from the airport, bus station and the train station. I highly recommend."
