Not only was the property beautiful, but the jacuzzi in our room made it a completely unique experience for us! I would recommend to anyone!

The Location and The Rooms were A . The Service Leaves Something to Be Desired. Had Quite some Trouble Arriving due to GPS always informing us to Turn on One Way Streets. Finally after 1 hr of Stressful Driving to Find Location ended up driving wrong way on street twice to Arrive at the Hotel.

The tv didn’t work until I called staff for help. I Was told it was old and not a Smart TV. No English channels available. Bathroom was TINY. Could not shave as you could barely do anything in the shower. Again, tiny. I mentioned this to staff many times with no resolution. WILL NOT RETURN.

Great hotel with exposed brick walls - high ceilings and spotlessly clean. Downside noise from the front as could hear people outside and traffic at night. Buzzing noise coming from the kitchen keeps you awake. Cold water shower in the morning before our early morning day trip. Had to ask for the heaters to be put on as room was cold. Fantastic breakfast in the restaurant.

Unique hotel
The hotel is in a fantastic location and the rooms are fabulous and unique. Great facilities and reception were very responsive to emails and arranged our hotel transfer and a birthday surprise in the room. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location in the hart of the Old Town. A gorgeous hotel with unique and beautiful design !!! Highly recommended when visiting Krakow! I loved staying there !

It was a beautiful, unique property with the exposed brickwork and multi-level kitchenette upstairs. It was also a two minute walk from the city center square, which made it very convenient and walkable.

Excellent location and high value for money.
Excellent location. Polite and professional reception. Very clean conditions and high value for the price. The kitchenette is added plus and ve y convenient. Shower was quite good. Only drawback was no chest with drawers for storing clothing but there were hangers and open clothing rack. Restaurant is quite good and breakfast is full menu available not a skimpy cold food only self-serve.

Great location, easy check in, nice clean rooms, however we could hear EVERYTHING from the room next to us and they could hear us, we found ourselves whispering and not using the toilet if we knew the other room where there. Made us feel abit on edge.

This hotel is in a central location next to the old town square, the style and character of the rooms is great and the service from the staff was excellant. Very spacious and well maintained. Perfect base for a city break in Krakow.
Also seperate Toilet upstairs.
Stand alone shower and seperate toilet down stairs below the bedroom space.

Fantastic centrally located hotel
Visually amazingly pleasing (to me at least) and quite unlike anywhere in its class I have ever stayed. No idea if this is original or designer created, the exposed brickwork everywhere is amazing. Super comfortable beds, a jacuzzi the size of a small pool and a massive 4K TV to watch the football on. What more could one want? Well, perhaps a separate shower, a bar that is actually open and bath towels that are a little less frayed. Oh, and perhaps the offer of a second cup of coffee at breakfast.

Superb location to main square
Booked a last minute 4 night break having read the positive reviews. Found the property was going through some renovation works and the bar /restaurant wasn't available. Staff were however superb and allowed us to change to a larger room with more storage space which was appreciated. The rooms was very clean and once we got the heating to warm up were very comfortable . Walking up the staircase to the first floor sitting/ kitchen area with glass floors took a little getting used to, but added to the unique quirkiness of the apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend unless you had mobility issues .Not all rooms have stand up showers /cubicles, so check this out if it is important to you. The main square is just a couple minutes walk so perfectly located.

Just returned from a fantastic 4 night stay. The accommodation is in a perfect location. You can walk almost anywhere from there . Staff friendly helpful and accommodating. We booked our tours from there too . Rooms are quirky warm and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Great room very spacious and the design was cool, enjoyed the mini kitchen with the stove top as we also enjoy cooking in the apartment on occasion. Area was very convenient for the main square . No leisure area i.e pool or gym which I think would make this property even better . Breakfast room very old and worn . Also organised a tour to the salt mine through the company the reception offer , not dependable as they were an hour and a half late to picking us up once we were done ( ended up being 6 hour trip )

Very special cool rooms The eaves located rooms aren't for everyone (no windows, relatively low ceilings), we upgraded to very spacious high ceiling rooms with jacuzzis:) I wish the room descriptions had been clearer, it would have helped to make the right choices in advance, during booking

Location is great! Rt nearby the town square , a bit loud from party goers, rooms were nice size, but missing toiletries, zero bath soap for a shower, and not enough furniture to sit and eat or work.

Wow! We took the luxury suite for our anniversary. Everything was so nice , from lovely oversized bed to jacuzzi in the room, to lovely spacious kitchen and dining area. But what made it special was it was so open and airy and had great access to the old town of krakow. The mezzanine level in the apartment was a bit weird - a non operating bar and a chair but had so much potential. We bought breakfast package form reception for 50 pln each and this was nice.
