"We had a truly exceptional stay. The hotel is immaculate and beautifully maintained, and it was clear throughout our visit that the team takes great pride in every detail. I often noticed staff carefully checking the property to ensure everything remained in perfect condition. The gentleman overseeing the breakfast buffet each morning deserves special recognition. His leadership and professionalism stood out immediately—he clearly leads by example and creates a welcoming, well-run atmosphere for both guests and staff. Please extend our appreciation to him and the breakfast team for starting each day so wonderfully. From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, the service was outstanding. The staff greeted us warmly and were attentive from the very start, making us feel incredibly welcomed—almost like receiving celebrity treatment. Our room also offered a beautiful view overlooking Hyde Park. Watching the morning activity in the park—people walking their dogs and the wildlife just across the street—added such a peaceful and charming element to our stay. The location is also incredibly walkable, making it easy to explore many of London’s highlights. We were visiting London for a special mother–daughter trip to celebrate my daughter’s final year of pre-med studies, and the hotel helped make the experience even more memorable. As a small suggestion, daily vacuuming of guest rooms and at least one bedding change during a six-night stay would further enhance what is already a w"

"We stayed for two nights at the Palace Hotel Tallinn and had a wonderful experience. The room was stylish, quiet, and very comfortable, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We chose not to include breakfast, as we preferred exploring cafés and restaurants in the Old Town—just a short walk from the hotel—and it worked perfectly for us. The location is ideal for discovering the city, with everything within easy reach. Overall, a great stay and a hotel we’d happily return to."

"Great plush, cosy hotel in Old Town Tallinn. Stayed for 3 nights during late February. Our room looked over the front, but the street is quiet with traffic. Check-in staff were so lovely as was all staff we had contact with. Breakfast was very enjoyable with hot and cold vegan options. The hotel is very well located for eating, drinking, shopping, sightseeing and public transport. As well as being quiet around. Would happily stay again. "

"Great corner suite, ideal for a family. Beautiful pool overlooking the old town, lovely and relaxing with sunbeds where you could relax or read a book. Good comprehensive breakfast and very well located hotel for the old town and airport. Bar lacked a little in atmosphere and the cocktails were not great but that's our only complaint. "
