"Rough start but overall good experience. We arrived at 2am and discovered that because we booked through a “third party” (Hotels.com) we could not separate the payment method for the deposit hold from the payment method used to pay for the room. So we had a $300 hold deducted from our debit card in addition to the cost of the stay, cutting into our travel budget unexpectedly (we wanted to use a credit card for the incidental deposit hold and pay for the room with the debit card). Ultimately not a big deal but it would have been nice to know this before getting there. Then we get to our room, which was clean overall but pull back the sheets and found a hair and what looked like black sock fuzz (?) all over the bottom sheet, like that sheet wasnt changed. So we told the front desk and they sent someone up with a huge stack of bedding linens, handed it to us and left. Hotel bedding is not like normal sheets, so we were left to figure out how to put the bed together by ourselves at 3am after travelling all day. Again, not the end of the world, but not ideal. The rest of the say was amazingly uneventful, staff was friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle crew and valets, they are awesome!"

"We were very happy with our stay. We booked the corner room and so happy we did because the size of the room was perfect for 2 adults/2 teenagers. All of the staff was very helpful and the property was clean and well maintained."

"The room was clean for the most part. The walls and shower head could use a good cleaning. The AC unit is a little loud when it kicks on, so I turned it off at night with the ceiling fan on high. If you're not a light sleeper it probably won't bother you. Someone mentioned that it's bright in there at night due to a street light outside shining through the stained glass window, but it wasn't bad at all. Lights while I'm sleeping bother me and this wasn't an issue. The only down side was the other renters coming in late at night and being loud. That being said, the room is right next to the front door. I loved this room! It's very cozy. It's a big old house that has been split into what seems to be 3 apartments. It's in the most perfect spot. I walked to get breakfast, then walked to eola park. I really couldn't be happier and will definitely stay there whenever I go to Orlando."
