About this property

Villa in Città della Pieve. A peaceful oasis among woods and olive groves

  • "FREE INTERNET WIFI" Set in the Umbrian countryside, close to Tuscany, between Città della Pieve (10 km) and Castiglion del Lago (12 km) il Casale alle Vie Bianche is a typical farmhouse built in 1860. The interior is very well furnished and cosy with 'terracotta' floors and exposed beam ceiling. Ground floor: lounge and dining room with fireplace, kitchen, 1 bathroom. 1 duble bedroom with ensuite bathroom. First floor: 5 bedrooms (3 double, 1 triple, 1 single with fireplace), lounge with fireplace, 2 bathrooms. The house is situated in a farming estate of 35 hectares of wood and olive groves where you can have lovely walks in an unspoilt and enchanting nature. The garden is completely fenced and there are kids outdoor games (swing and see-saw). In front of the main building there is a porch with a large dining table and an original wood burning oven (great for pizza!). The biological farm produces extra virgin olive oil and offers its guests not polluting detergents and solar panels for hot water.
