Welcome to Dunnellon! This residence is situated directly on Lake Rousseau known for being the best lot on the lake since it's on the widest spot and faces the stunning sunsets. The lake is a reservoir filled from the Withlacoochee River. You can revel in contemporary embellishments and craftsman finishes throughout the house, cozy beds for a restful sleep, as well as ample parking in the driveway and carport. Outside, you'll find a beautiful outdoor space with fun yard games, a grill for barbecuing, and a wood-burning fire pit with chairs for cozy gatherings. We have thoughtfully furnished the house with your comfort in mind, so you will have everything you need during your stay. Our sincere hope is that you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. ✶ Parking and Keyless Entry: Welcome to the Lake House! ✶
As you arrive at the front of the home, you'll notice the u-shaped driveway, which offers plenty of parking for you and your guests. Additionally, the carport, accessed off the driveway, provides two more parking spots for your convenience. Upon entering the gated area beyond the carport, you'll find a screened porch. The front door of the home is fitted with a Yale keypad lock, and we'll send your personalized code to you before check-in for easy keyless access. As you step inside the home, you'll be greeted by a beautifully designed entry, complete with hooks for hanging coats, a bench, and shoe storage area. This thoughtful space provides a convenient place to store your outdoor gear and get settled into the home.

✶ Kitchen: Cooking and Dining in Style ✶
Continuing on, you'll find a delightful breakfast nook. The wooden table can seat up to seven guests, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal or make a cup of coffee. You'll appreciate the granite counters and ample storage. The cabinets and drawers are labeled, so you can easily find what you need. On the countertop, you'll find a G00gle Nest Hub Smart Display that allows you to play music, ask questions about the local area and more.

For coffee and tea lovers, there is a Keurig coffee maker, French press and electric kettle, as well as coffee filters, cream, sugar, sugar-free sweetener, and tea. Complimentary snacks are also provided in a bowl on the counter.
In terms of appliances, the kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with a freezer and ice maker, an electric stovetop and oven, a microwave, toaster, blender, mini waffle maker, small dishwasher and Ninja countertop oven with air fryer. You'll find a bottle of Florida Sangria in the fridge for guests who are 21 years and older.

For cooking, there are pots, pans, bakeware, baking sheets, mixing bowls, a colander, knives, cutting boards, measuring cups, measuring spoons, serving dishes, food storage containers, oven mitts, potholders and some kitchen towels. There are plenty of utensils such as a mixing spoon, slotted spoon, spatula, turner, whisk, tongs, peeler, masher, can opener, bottle opener, grill tools and a wine opener.

When it comes to dining, you'll find plates, bowls, silverware, coffee mugs, water glasses, wine glasses, and rocks glasses. Families with children will appreciate the children's plates, bowls, cups, and silverware.

Cleaning supplies such as dish soap, hand soap, cleaning spray, dishwasher pods, sponges and extra trash bags can be found under the kitchen sink. Additional cleaning items like a broom and dustpan, mop and bucket are located in the laundry nook in the master bathroom There is also a vacuum, iron, and ironing board in the laundry nook.

✶ Stunning Waterfront Views: Relax and Unwind in the Living Room of the Lake House ✶
In the living room, you'll be greeted by an abundance of natural light pouring in from the numerous windows, which offer stunning views of the Lake Rousseau. If you're a fan of bird watching, you're in luck, as the windows provide an excellent vantage point to observe the local birdlife. We've even provided binoculars to enhance your viewing experience. With a bit of luck, you might even catch a glimpse of an otter playing in the water. You'll notice the comfortable wraparound sofa situated in the corner of the living room, perfect for lounging and relaxing with family and friends. In addition to the sofa, there is a leather pull-out couch, an electronic reclining chair, and a stuffed pouf, providing ample seating options for everyone.

For those who love music, there is an acoustic guitar that you can play and enjoy. You'll also find a wireless charging pad with enough room to charge up to three devices, ensuring that you can stay connected during your stay.

If you're in the mood for some indoor entertainment, there is a basket filled with extra throw blankets, board games, puzzles, and coffee table books for your enjoyment. Whether you want to curl up with a good book or challenge your friends to a board game, there is something for everyone.

For movie and TV enthusiasts, there is a 58-inch Samsung TV with Samsung TV Plus and apps, allowing you to log into your accounts on popular streaming services such as Hulu and Netflix. Sit back and relax as you catch up on your favorite shows or watch a new movie. The living area of this home offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the surrounding area.

Comfort and relaxation awaits in the bedrooms of the Lake House. Both bedrooms are equipped with brand new beds with comfortable mattresses, high-quality bedding, plenty of pillows, and fresh linens to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

The Queen bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a dresser, two side tables with lamps, power outlets, and USB ports for your convenience. The room also features a full-length mirror and windows fitted with blinds and room-darkening curtains. A closet with a luggage rack and hamper is available, along with a basket filled with assorted water gear such as goggles, snorkels, and a beach mat. Additionally, you'll find another basket filled with recreational towels for your use. A beach bag containing swim flippers and several wet suits is also provided, so you can make the most of your stay.

The King Suite boasts an en suite bathroom, a comfortable king bed, a dresser, two side tables with lamps, power outlets, and USB ports. A full-length mirror and luggage rack are also available, and the windows have blinds and room-darkening curtains.

Need a comfortable space to work? The King Suite provides a designated workspace with a ergonomic chair, a sound machine, and a wireless charging lamp. In addition, the home offers high-speed WIFI and a G00gle Home device to support your productivity throughout the day.

The first bathroom, located off the dining room, is a full bath with a shower. Fresh towels, washcloths, and hand towels are provided during your stay. In addition to towels, we provide spa-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, makeup wipes, cotton swabs, cotton balls, a hair dryer, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper.

The hall bathroom features a full-size tub with a shower. Other amenities include a powered vanity mirror with backlight and anti-fog function, over-the-door towel rack with hooks and a towel bar. There is also a first aid kit, spare flashlights, cotton balls, cotton swabs, makeup wipes, tissues, extra washcloths, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. For your convenience, a hair dryer is located in the bottom right cabinet of the vanity.

The second bathroom is an en suite in the master bedroom, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet. The vanity contains a hair dryer, cotton swabs, cotton balls, washcloths, makeup wipes, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. A fresh hand towel can be found on the ring.

Additionally, there is a laundry nook in the master bathroom, which includes a washer and dryer. We leave a few complimentary laundry pods for you to use. Other amenities in the laundry nook include an iron and ironing board, a clothes drying rack, and some cleaning supplies such as a broom and dustpan, a mop and bucket, a wire rack with extra laundry supplies, attachments for the vacuum, a small fan, and extra laundry pods.

✶ Wildlife Oasis: Enjoy Waterfront Views ✶

The cabin offers a serene and relaxing outdoor space that is perfect for unwinding and enjoying nature. Several yard games are available such as Cornhole, Croquet, and Frisbee, providing ample entertainment for guests of all ages. You can soak up the sun and bask in the natural surroundings while lounging in the hammock.

There is a propane grill with tools on the screened in porch that can be used to whip up some delicious meals for your family and friends. The picnic table nearby provides a perfect spot to enjoy your meals while taking in the scenic views of the surrounding area. You can watch the sunset over the lake with a loved one from the screened in porch. If you prefer a campfire experience, there is a wood-burning firepit with chairs, where you can roast marshmallows or simply sit around and enjoy the warmth of the fire.
