Mis recomendaciones son:
1. Ampliar el menú de desayuno (no tienes muchas opciones y podría decir que todo es con huevo). Además en ocasiones sirven la comida fría.
2. Aunque estuve en el 4 piso el ruido del lobby era molesto. Debo recalcar que no era el personal ni los huéspedes, eran personas que bajaban del Rooftop, se quedaban allí hablando en voz muy alta y era muy incómodo bajar. Deberían separar lo que es el hotel del rooftop, no dejar que las personas que bajen se queden allí ya que es incómodo para los huéspedes.
Esas son mis recomendaciones, todo lo demás estuvo bien. El personal muy atento y las habitaciones limpias. Estuve del 10 enero hasta el 17 enero y no tuvimos inconvenientes.
Espero que mis recomendaciones sean bien recibidas y les ayude a dar mejor servicio.

Clean rooms, large amount of space in the room, amazing shower, good breakfast and helpful staff. There was a great selection of fruit at the breakfast. Having a full size refrigerator was a plus. Very good location in Poblado, on a quieter street. Windows are very good at reducing the noise from the surrounding area.
