"We had a wonderful fortnight at the old forge with our little dog. The pretty little cottage was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view from the cottage was absolutely beautiful. Ana was lovely, she gave us a few tips for some lovely lakeside walks and restaurants."

"This is a lovely hotel. Unfortunately, we arrived during a heat wave and the air conditioning was not working. However, the owner had advised us in advance about the situation and couldn't have been more helpful in aiding a comfortable night's sleep by providing us with two fans. They worked very well and we had a good night's rest. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We had tea and coffee making facilities in our room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"The only issue was at the automated booking in, which didnt recognise my Expedia booking number. However that was resolved by the call via the intercom. The breakfast was great which was a surprise as normally the budget hotels have a poor selection - not here! Bed comfortable too so good nights sleep were had."
