The Otroiza hotel is a perfect location to base one's self while exploring this magical spot. "Correct dans l'ensemble. Par contre personne à la réception lors de mon arrivée à 15h alors qu'il est affiché partout que la réception est ouverte de 7h à 19h, deux numéros de téléphone sont affichés sur la porte et aucun d'eux ne répond. Un client de l'hôtel m'a finalement ouvert parce que je tapais à la porte et la réceptionniste est venue 10 minutes plus tard pour la remise des clés "

"Ideal spot to explore St Denis. Simple double bed and bathroom but clean and quiet with a/c. There is a communal pool (tiny plunge), kitchen and fridge.

"Spacious, well appointed rooms with well stocked kitchen area. Situated on the lagoon where you xan swim. Pool did get a little busy, used mainly by families but generally managed to get sunbed on the beach. Staff were exceptionally halpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome."

"Gorgeous hotel in a quiet location, 2 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, on-site spa with great services... It's a little piece of heaven. The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. Definitely worth the price!"

"Well appointed, clean and charming little place with extremely comfortable beds. Was a delight to rest there after a very long day of exploring the island. Sylvette (the owner) was kind enough to wait for me after a late arrival due to flight delays, but it is important to communicate with the hotel if you’re going to be late as the reception closes at 8pm (it’s a quiet, isolated and sleepy little town). All in all, great experience with very friendly, laid-back but courteous service. Many public amenities and facilities located within walking distance from the hotel and staff are happy to recommend them. "
