"Hotel amenities and decor very pleasant. Hotel very clean. Bus stop right behind hotel, hotel staff pointed this out and I wished I had taken advantage because Cab drive to Florence city about 55 euros each way. The breakfast is by far the best I’ve had on this trip. Alot of hot selections and fresh fruit "

"What a gorgeous place. Staying there is an experience in itself. The staff were incredible, the room was gorgeous and very clean, the spa was extremely relaxing, the wine tasting experience was so fun (Matteo was very knowledgeable) and the dinner was superb. I wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Everyone was very friendly, specifically the staff at the bar. Breakfast buffet was nice with many options and good coffee. Room was very clean and had a lot of soace. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Air Conditioner and n the room worked well. Pool could have more sun chairs as it was like all the time crowded during our stay in August. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in the center (10 minutes) The Funicolare to Montecantini Alto is also only 15 minutes by feet away. "
