"While the room was clean, the a/c was making banging noises all night every time it turned on, was so bad I shut it off. The toilet is really low, and is a loud flush. I asked for housekeeping two days in a row, no service. I didn't call the desk, and by the 2nd day, I decided not to say anything because was leaving in the next day. Family liked the pool and hot tub. I was looking forward to staying here, but the hotel carpets need a cleaning, The staff seemed nice, but one was upset that he had to stop looking at his phone when I went to go in the door. You get a paper for breakfast, but we didn't try it, and make sure you have a paper for your car so it doesn't get towed. For the money paid, I was disappointed."

"The property was in excellent condition. The suite was beautiful and well equipped. The location is fabulous right across the street from the Coeur d’Alene resort and walking everywhere to town. The only negative is that the pool area on the top floor was only able to be used for a $30 fee per person. Otherwise it was spectacular. I would definitely go again."

"Clean room, stayed in a room with king bed and two queen beds. Beds and pillows are very comfy. The bathroom for some reason had no lock, which was kind of interesting. Nice big kitchen area with a nicely sized refrigerator. The only downside was the people above us kept moving furniture at night and in the early morning, so not too sound proof. Overall it was quite and enjoyable experience. Nice reception stuff and friendly breakfast personnel."
