"We booked this hotel for an early flight out of SJO, one night, because the shuttle wax provided. However, had to get a taxi from and to the airport. The hotel did not respond to our request for a shuttle to the hotel and the shuttle was for 4 am. They only run every 2 hours in the morning. The room ..."
