Great location and great price. No lift (that I saw) so would caution anyone with mobility issues.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay in Palermo! We had a wonderful stay at B&B Teatro and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. Marcello was an exceptional host from the very beginning. Before we even arrived, he stayed in contact with us and provided clear, step-by-step instructions on how to reach the accommodation from the airport shuttle stop, which made our arrival completely stress-free. When we arrived, Marcello personally greeted us, showed us around, and explained everything we needed to know. We also had the pleasure of seeing him every morning at breakfast, where he was always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with any questions. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well-maintained, and we especially loved our little balcony, which was a lovely bonus. The location was absolutely perfect. We were within walking distance of Palermo's historic center and surrounded by countless restaurants, cafés, and shops just steps from the door. It was the ideal base for exploring Palermo on foot. Thank you, Marcello, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

It was ok, it was very had to find and get into the building as the label is half removed on the buzzer. We did finally get in and it was a LOT of flights up, the staff for kind of helpful but also didn’t really seem to know what was going on. Room was big and clean, but very noisy as next to the market. Breakfast was in a lovely room, basic but fine. No one was around to check us out or to ask if/where we could leave our bags. We found a room and with some other guest we left them there and hoped for the best we could get back in to collect them. Luckily we did. Overall it was a lot of guessing what to do but it all worked out ok.

The room was beautifully appointed and comfortable, very quiet. Staff was wonderfully professional and kind. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Great location in the heart of Palermo with great public transportation options, outstanding dining options close to the site. 10/10
