"We traveled with 2 small kids and stayed for over 2 weeks. The apartment was extremely clean and modern to address all our needs. Furthermore, the location is near a park and a few grocery stores, which makes it very convenient. Denis has been very responsive and super helpful with all our needs and beyond. I will be recommending the apartment to my friends, and when we are back in Moldova, we will book it again. "

"Wir haben das Haus mit 7 Erwachsenen im Rahmen eines Hilfsgütertransportes nach Moldau gebucht. Wir kommen bereits seit 19 Jahren nach Moldau. In diesem Jahr war es besonders schwierig eine Unterkunft zu finden, da viele unser alten Unterkünfte an ukrainische Flüchtlinge vermietet sind. Wir waren sehr froh, in letzter Minute noch diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Das Haus ist super neu, modern und luxuriös. Solche Unterkünfte hatten wir bislang noch nie. "Comfortable though it could be better. A fairly new place and there are still some unfinished elements in the hallway and some points in the apartment. Some design flaws and interior design blocks. eg. One closet door blocked by the night table by the bed in the bedroom, causing difficulty to use one big area of the closet. "Wonderful staff and very helpfull. I felt welcome and greeted in a friendly manner. The reception made a calls to help me to get to hotel. Upon arriving I was helped with bags. The room had very large panoramic view of Chisenau.The room was very clean. The mattress had springs in it but I slept well on it. The breakfasts were outstanding. The very wide selection including local Moldova bakery, other dishes blended with classic breakfast choices. I truly enjoyed food. The cafe had very nice selection and cool music. I felt relaxed and enjoyed every moment. The gentelman working in a bar helped me to leave bags till I had other hotel arrangements. This gave me an opportunity to spend time at the Vine festival. I enjoyed staying at the Bristol a lot. Everyone was nice, answered my room calls and responded with help. I would highly reccomend the hotel. Readonable deal and super Value. The only thing that could be improved is using elevator with house keaping was quite odd. The elevator designed as a small size. Few times sbout 4 within 2 nights stay i had to ride elevator with buckets full of dirty water, 2 large carts with laundfy, cleaning supplies etc. I was late for appointments and riding in a small elevator where housekeeping surrounds You wiith fully loaded carts and pin You to the wall was not quite plesant. It should be used as dedicated other elevator or if passengers inside the housekeeping should be not jumping infront and leaving you tiny space in the corner"

"At the check in for 1.5 hours at 01.30am because the hotel did not have my reservation in the system despite booking over 6 hours earlier. Couldn’t find me under name confirmation number….. nothing! Chatting for ages with an agent over the app also got no where as hotel couldn’t call the hot line number and the agent couldn’t reach the hotel. I am now waiting for this to be resolved by the special team. Very unpleasant experience after a long day. "
