"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outside shower needs work as it doesn’t always shut off.Bedroom on first floor had a can ceiling light bulb explode on day of departure. Daughter and 18 month old grand daughter in room at time. Cockroaches in Master bedroom. Golf cart stopped working on Saturday. Staff came and got it. Unaware that they had rented it out to another party on Sunday. Explained it to checkout person. Asked for credit on Sunday. Still have not heard anything back."
