Cinemark Hill Country Galleria Tours and Activities

When we checked in for the night with our 7-year old granddaughter, the young woman assisting us told us there was a private party in the pool area and gave us wristbands to enter. What she failed to mention was that it was an all-male "pride party" and that our room was looking out almost directly over it. Please understand that lifestyle completely aside, the risqué behavior and speedos we observed from the window of our room indicated we would clearly not be taking our granddaughter to swim - it might have been nice to know that beforehand...they could have saved 3 wristbands and we would've asked for a room facing a different way instead of trying to explain to a 7 year old why she couldn't look out the window. LOL

From the time you arrive, the staff, makes you feel very welcome. Every single one of them, very kind and willing to help. Thank you for such a wonderful experience <3
