"Our room was clean. The bed very comfortable and the shower delightful. I loved the groovy wallpaper too. Staff interaction was minimal. "Parking was easy and secure. Hotel room was dirty, linen was dirty on the beds. Only two towels were given. When we arrived card machine wasn’t working and took them 1 hour to open one of the rooms we reserved: note we didn’t get a card so we couldn’t just leave. My feet were black from all the floors not being cleaned, the tub had hairs, we found a small roach by the bed and restroom. The toilet didn’t flush we had to fill up the trashcan with water to make the toilet flush the staff were rude and unprofessional didn’t have extra pillows or blankets to give. "
