"Disappointed in the lack of help from front desk attendant on Saturday morning around 7:15 am. Sign said pool/hot tub opens at 6:00 am but entry cards did not work. Both my wife and I talked to attendant and she said maintenance has to open it but there was no I'll call them or sorry it's not open. Amenities should be open as advertised since clients anticipate and pay for them to be used. "

"The room was very clean and had a nice feel to it. The bathroom was huge and the staff was very helpful. The Atrea Inn is different than most Hotels/Motels I have stayed in due to its look and feel, it gives you a sense of calmness and a peaceful energy. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the environment that made it easy to complete some schoolwork in their office area. The best part of the stay was the treatment from the staff which went above and beyond for us. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is, the noise from outside at times was loud not so much though that it made it annoying but mainly when the upstairs guest came down the steps that were directly across from our room. I would definitely recommend and visit again :)"

"The hotel is being renovated, so there was a lot of construction going on around the building entry. There were materials stacked inside the lobby. There were basically no amenities available other than the breakfast, which was good the first morning, but the next couple of mornings there was no juice and no milk so we had to go to Mac Donald’s and get breakfast. The staff was nice enough at the front desk. The rooms were very dated but clean and the beds were very comfortable. Not bad overall, I guess for the price of $80 a night. There was one night that was very noisy with people fighting in the room across from ours and in the hallway throwing things and slamming doors. We called the front desk and they responded immediately so that was good. We were told that we would be emailed a receipt after we checked out but we haven’t gotten one yet. They couldn’t print one for us. I would not really recommend this until they’ve finished renovations but then they’ll charge a lot more for it, I’m sure. "

"I came expecting the best. Everything was fine until I asked the young lady at the front desk if she had any local menus. Which is a common thing that a lot of places have for guest. She looked at me like I was stupid. As I was getting ready to go up to my room I looked back at her and she was rolling her eyes. I said something and she acted like I was stupid. I go up to my assigned floor and looked at my key and she did not write or told us our room number so I had to walk back down to get it. I needed some ice and when I saw the ice machine I almost threw up. Other than that everything was fine."
