"The staff are friendly but the hotel is old and need more cleaning specially the pool and spa area, breakfast was okay but coffee machine kept breaking down, by the time I got coffee my food was cold!"

"The room was clean and generally well maintained. The staff, particularly at breakfast were friendly and helpful. The breakfast itself was very tasty and good quality. There was a reasonable selection of breakfast items. Unfortunately we ended up with an interconnecting room, so despite the hotel being advertised as having sound proof rooms, it really wasn’t. We could hear our next door neighbours chatting and they woke us when they returned home late. The pillows were really uncomfortable so we didn’t get a great night’s sleep. "

"Booked a Junior Suite and very disappointed with the room - bed was very uncomfortable, walls very thin so kept awake for most of the night with noises in the corridor and adjacent rooms, room amenities were outdated and poorly maintained."

"Breakfast was lovely! Room was a little dated and not too functional. The kettle was on a table but if you wanted a tea/coffee you had to put it in your bedside table as there were no plugs anywhere else in the room! The bathroom had a sewerage smell which wasn’t great. Pool area "
