This place was absolutely terrible. I felt like asking for my money back. It was dirty. I put blankets on top of the bedding so I could sleep. I would really like my money back. This place is horrible. Needs maintenance. I’m so very upset.

Hollywood Casino & Hotel
Room was very clean thanks to the housekeeper melissa , bed was comfortable. James at the front desk helped us find a hotel room because we decided to stay an extra night but you guys were sold out so he helped us find something that was just down the road from the casino
