Over the Rhine, or OTR as it`s known by locals, is a neighborhood in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. Bustling with the city`s hottest bars, restaurants, and retail, visitors to this vibrant neighborhood are able to experience the best of Cincinnati, all within a few blocks.
This airbnb is located right across from FC Cincinnati’s new stadium. If you’re taking in a game, there is no better location! You can easily walk to and from the game.
Be sure to check out a few of Cincinnati`s top local breweries and snack your way through Findlay Market- one of America`s oldest outdoor markets. When you`ve had your fill, be sure to take in Washington Park, and enjoy the stunning facade of Music Hall. With new businesses opening at every turn, there`s always something new to see in Over the Rhine!
There is 1 assigned parking space available (Parking Spot G) in the lot directly adjacent to the building. You will be able to see your car from the unit.
On-Street: There are several nearby locations that allow for overnight parking, but please be mindful of signage. Street parking is normally a good option. **Do NOT park on Wade Street as it is all permit parking and the city will ticket.
If you plan on parking your car for your stay, we recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around! We are a very short walk to many great bars, restaurants and coffee shops!

The space and area around was just wonderful! Communication between the host and I was also fabulous! I was provided transportation information and answers to all my questions promptly, even after hours! We would absolutely recommend it and definitely stay there again.
I’m big on old properties and the industrial feel and added amenities In addition to the artsy area and Dining within walking distance was just a great experience! This is my first time to Cincinnati and due to this space and location I will be back!

wonderful condo
There is a 1/2 bath which was not listed on the description of the property. Getting the key and finding the right door to enter was confusing. The designated parking was a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of no scissors or kitchen towels, and the bed very comfortable. A very quiet location. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
Such a cute place! Right on the connector line (free trolley loop) and no need to even use your car! Close to Findlay Market, downtown and the park. Be sure to lock you car though (our mistake) or you may get a curious treasure hunter. We will definitely be back again if we decide on another quick weekend trip to Cincy!

We really enjoyed the property. It was a walk to/from our event at Paycor Stadium to avoid parking fees and event congestion. We would stay again.

Close to TQL Stadium and down the street from Findlay Market
This might be the nicest rental I've stayed at in a city! The apartment was a delight: fresh and modern within a historic loft
with exposed brick, high ceilings, and classy furnishings. It was super clean, comfortable, and roomy and close to great restaurants and other Cincinnati sights. Highly recommend!
The property is as shown in the listing. The location is perfect for enjoying OTR and the Main St entertainment district. There is a street car stop practically on your doorstep! The apartment has a small balcony with chairs to enjoy the sunset with a cocktail. The decor is lovely and there is a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay again.
I rented for two nights during the week (Tuesday & Wednesday) as a get away while I had some time off work. I wanted a place that’s close to things I could get into throughout the day and evening. This unit is perfect for that. It’s located outside of the super busy streets so getting around wasn’t bad. We walked, took our car, and took Lyfts with no issues. No excessive noises coming from other units or outside. This was my first time booking a place on my own so I was nervous but I wasn’t let down. Quick responses from the owner. Everything inside was convenient and accessible. The pictures are completely accurate, this place is adorable inside and out. I would love to do this again during the summer or maybe even a weekend next time.
This property was really nice, cool vibes and great location for doing anything in downtown Cincy. The trolley stop was at the end of lane, soo easy to get to the stadium and anywhere else we wanted to go - no need to spend extra on an Uber. This is just a couple blocks from Findlay Market and a great breakfast place, Biscuit Love. It was nice to be able to walk to these cool places. The unit itself was very charming, had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, kitchen was well stocked, the area was quiet and we never heard anyone else in the building. I really appreciated having ice in freezer and coffee pods available! The only cons aren't a deal breaker, but something I'll take into consideration next time: the couch is functional, not meant for snuggling or stretching out to lounge. The cute barn doors separating the bedroom from the living area are just for looks, they don't close shut. There's no way to move about the studio without waking up the other person. I'm an early bird, so that was a bit frustrating.Getting access to the unit was a bit confusing, the steps could be a little more specific. Keys are needed to get into the building, so one code is to get the keys from the lockboxes in the breezeway, the other code is for the actual unit. The communication with this management company was stellar, my questions were answered immediately, everyone was very helpful & courteous. I never felt I was bothering anyone when I needed something, great customer service!
