Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:
We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.
Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.
Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.
**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**
Check Out - Directions can be found under the house guide! We will also send check out directions the morning of your departure. Please note that check out time is at 11:00 am – we ask that you check out promptly so our team can prepare the unit for its next guest!

It was wonderful. The only comment that I have is that the floors were very dirty. We were in the house for 10 minutes and all of our feet or socks were black. The home is amazing and furnished very well. The view from the upstairs and roof top were amazing. The trees on the kitchen level obstructed the view. I would return for sure!

We were not able to access the property until 3 hours after check in time, and our driveway wasnt accessible until 1130 pm. We had to worry about being towed . My elderly husband had to crawl under the pourch to access the key box. The key box numbers were painted over. Eventually, someone brought us a key. The property is beautiful and cozy, but needs a deep clean. Cobwebs and dust. The cleaners forgot to clean the rooftop lounge. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need ! Beautiful property!
