The Reserve - Heart of OTR 2 Bed Suite w/Views.

The Reserve is a luxurious 1,200 sqft, 2-bed condo unit located in the heart of OTR with beautiful exposed brick features and views of Main Street.

You'll be a few steps away from iconic OTR establishments like Coffee Emporium, Pins Mechanical Co., Goodfella's pizza, Gomez tacos, Insomnia cookies, and directly above the famous Rhinehaus bar.

The space
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, 40" Roku TV, closet, and attached private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed with an attached full bathroom. There is a full kitchen with gas stove, large dining table area, computer desk, living room with a large 65" Roku TV and queen size pull out sofa, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building. There is 2 hour street parking along the street we're on, as well as overnight garage and surface lot parking within a block of the unit. There is no elevator in the building.

The location of this place couldn't have been better for us. It’s so close to the free Connector streetcar that you can see it from the windows. The recommended parking garage was close too.We loved the exposed brick and character of the building but appreciated the updates too. The WiFi worked well and the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice.We heard music from the bar on the first level (through the windows, but not the floor) but it was quiet after 11:30 or so.If 40 stairs is daunting, please consider somewhere else. If you can manage that, it's worth the climb!It was a great, comfortable stay and we'd absolutely stay there again!

Great Location!

This was a great space with plenty of room for two couples in the heart of the OTR district. The location was just a short Connector ride to the stuff we were doing including a Reds game and visiting Washington Park. Also just a short drive to other activities such as a show at Ludlow Garage and a fun time at Analog Fair. Highly recommended.

I stayed here on multiple occasions, this time was for my anniversary, me and my partner spent a lot of time across the street at pins arcade bar and godfathers pizza. One of the best locations to be at if hanging out downtown

Really lovely apartment right in the heart of things.

Very nice apartment, tastefully furnished, cosy and warm in the winter with great views. Comfortable beds and very pleasant bathrooms. There was coffee for us to use too!

Great weekend

We were in town for Xavier basketball game. We wanted to be downtown and this was a great location. Close to all the hot spots in OTR. Dan was very communicative and enjoyed our stay.

Excellent OTR Stay

Took daughter and three of her friends to celebrate her birthday and obtaining her advanced degree. Location was perfect - walk to everywhere - coffee shops, Washington Park, Findley Market, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend. Everything needed on site. Great beds, roomy bathrooms, nice amenities, and even air mattress was comfy. Clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing location, clean, comfortable, stylish!

We had a lovely stay at this unit right in the heart of OTR! I enjoyed the comfort and style and my kids enjoyed the privacy and space! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the access to the connector, and the walkability of this spot. The parking garage wasn’t far and the white noise machines were a nice touch as it is an urban apartment—quieter in the bedrooms, but could hear the noisy, city streets from the living room. We LOVED it!

Great apartment close to everything

Really cute 3rd floor walk up. 2 bedrooms beautiful space & views. We were able to walk everywhere from baseball park to Finley market. Tons of bars & restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great property. It has a fun feel to it with hardwood floors in the living area and modern rooms and bathrooms. It is in walking distance to Vine Street for great restaurants and also Music Hall.

Sisters Getaway

We came to have some time together. We loved the apartment and having 2 beds 2 baths was wonderful. Perfectly appointed and spotlessly clean; the hosts thought of everything. Location was terrific and we enjoyed walking to all our destinations. The welcome book had great restaurant recommendations. Communication was very easy and our one question was quickly answered. Would definitely recommend!
