Absolutely wonderful stay, amazing room for the price, stayed 3 nights and was our first time in Ohio. Staff was super kind and helpful and the rooms were very spacious and well maintained. Great location, close to many food options. Definitely recommend :)

The room was clean. The staff was by far the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. The place itself is older, freshly coated with paint, but certainly around a 2-2.5 star. Breakfast was standard, but good. It seemed a bit family run, and I have no complaints considering the price.

Very good for the price! Outside like a bit older, but the rooms were nice! The toilet/bathroom was a bit small but other than that everything was great. The room itself has lots of space. The breakfast is on the nicer side of standard included breakfasts. Eggs, sausage, seasoned potatoes, cereal, granola + yogurt, waffle maker, bagels & toast. Juice & a very nice coffee machine!

The staff was exceptional, helpful and wonderfully kind :) Breakfast was great. Room was very clean and spacious. EV charging onsite :) only con was the back of the hotel parking area could use a little clean up. We loved our stay!

Nice stay & great staff that work really hard. Suite was good sized & well presented. Breakfast was good. Location was very convenient to Kings Island. The only downside was that the pool did not look too good & we weee not able to use it. All around I score it an 8/10

This was a difficult one to give a poor review for because the staff was all phenomenal, helpful and friendly! However, though it appears some renovations or updates have been attempted, the hotel is run down and falling apart. The decor is tired and dirty (i.e. curtains in common spaces)., the furniture in the room was dirty, the bathroom was old and dirty feeling (and the toilet ran constantly, the sink controls were backwards, the tub drain was exposed and gross, the tp holder falling out of wall). Also, many rooms were just empty and open which was weird. Again, the staff was terrific and I stayed here because the other reviews were so favorable compared to other hotels in this class, but they've got a lot of work to do.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The only ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn’t convenient. Not having sugar substitute available with the coffee bar was disappointing. Staff was very kind and helpful.

This was our third time staying at The Blu. It’s an older property but comfortable and clean. The rooms are large. There’s a nice breakfast included. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. We will continue to stay here on future trips!

The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was very good. The lady that handled the breakfast buffet was very attentive. The food was very good. The area around the hotel was one big construction zone. No problem during our stay . The only complaint is the bed was lumpy and needs to be replaced.
